oops, I see that the babies are rats.
I love rats, but the judgment on their looks as babies stands. Just not darling at the 'bald and purple and slightly slimy-looking' stage!
yes, rats are nice pets, just don't leave your ROTC uniform where the sleeve can get pulled through the cage bars! Or stand too close to the cage with a robe on. We had just watched a Hitchcock movie for an English class requirement and our youngest the teenager joked that they could have pulled me into the cage.
