Rug made from polyester pants
This rug was made on Nov. 4th, and is a consigned piece. The measurements are 26 1/2 " x 41". A ladies church group collects the material, cuts and sews it into strips for weaving. Then I take them, weave into placemats and rugs for their fund raisers. They sell them at local gift and craft shops, so everyone is getting a little profit. Am not sure why the little white swirls are showing up in the photo, so if anyone knows, please let me in on it. It showed up worse on an outside photo I took, also.

Beautiful rug!! It looks like the white swirls are caused by your white warp. The angle of the camera looks like it caused you to only see some and not all of the warp strings.
