You have the swirly warp look again in this one, and you asked in you last post what we thought it was. Although I'm a baby weaver I think it's an optical illusion that the line make with the colors of the weft. Maybe not true, but cool explanation, don't you think?
Yes, it is a cool explanation,it happened again with a new rug just finished this morning, so that's three. Could lighting have something to do with it?
I don't know about the lighting but I like the effect, how does it look in real life? Maybe it would have something to do with the pixels in the camera, pc screen.
I do believe it is an optical illusion. The lighting i think has everything to do with it. The light is picking up the white against the colors and casing the swirls to appear.
