Close up of sewn header
The white weft of the header ( doubled poly/cotton) with the multi colored warp really stands out on the dark rug. Had considered using navy, but now am glad I didn't. We are definitely keeping it, not putting it out for sale. Should be nice by the back door, with all the snow that gets tracked in, you won't see this one bunching up and getting stuck under the door.

Nice! I sew almost all my headers now. Less trouble with vacuums, dogs and washing machines. Once in a great while someone will ask me if I ever do fringe. I tell them I would, for a custom order, but not otherwise.
Sometime you need to do a post on what type of loom you use, how long you have been weaving, what drew you to it, etc. Do you do requests? :)
Happy new year!
Hi Lona,
thanks, it was easier than I thought. Also appreciate the suggestions, will put up a picture of our loom one day. Hopefully it won't show a background, it gets pretty messy in there with all the fiber stuff.
Wishing you and your family a Happy New Year and all the best.
Karen
