Machine knit baby afghan

This is from the USM knitting machine baby and toddler book. Edging was two rows of single crochet, and isn't enough to stop the curling, but hopefully a trip through the washer and dryer will take care of that.

Military Ball picture

Fiber arts have taken a back seat lately to family events, and here is a photo of our youngest daughter taken at her friend's house getting ready for Military Ball. The theme was Rave.

Ultrasound

This is a scan of the ultrasound of our first grandchild, due in June. A boy, already 12 oz, and almost 5 inches long, at 20 weeks gestation. Yes, that's who the log cabin baby afghan in a previous post is for. Maybe I should add some blue stripes now that we know?

Winter sunrise

You can see the snowmobile tracks in our back yard, it sure is a let down when company leaves. We had a very dear friend stay with us over the Christmas break, for snowmobiling and it is too quiet around here today. My husband and I met through him, 27 years ago ( has it really been that long?)
