We had a late season snowstorm yesterday, not our normal lake effect storm, but the heavy wet snow that shuts a lot of things down. Thought it was ironic to be able to take these pictures on Earth Day, but around here we often still have snow.
Had fun trying different angles away from the sun and into it to see how it would turn out with the camera.
All that's missing is a snowman or fort; this is the time of year to make one. The lake effect snow doesn't pack, and is light and fluffy.
